Terms of Service
These terms describe the boundaries of Global Health Pilot's coordination services.
1. Platform Role
Global Health Pilot is a medical coordination platform. We are not a hospital, clinic, insurer, tour operator, or emergency medical provider.
2. No Diagnosis or Medical Advice
We do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe treatment, interpret symptoms as medical advice, or make clinical decisions. Medical decisions are made by licensed physicians and the patient.
3. Coordination Services
Services may include enquiry intake, record organization, hospital research, communication support, translation coordination, appointment logistics, cost estimate requests, travel planning support, and follow-up document coordination.
4. No Promised Outcome
We do not promise hospital acceptance, physician availability, treatment outcome, cost, timing, visa approval, insurance coverage, or medical suitability.
5. Patient Responsibility
Patients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing options carefully, consulting qualified physicians, understanding risks, and deciding whether to proceed.
6. Third-Party Providers
Hospitals, physicians, translators, hotels, transport providers, payment processors, insurers, and other third parties are independent from Global Health Pilot unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
7. Emergency Situations
Do not use Global Health Pilot for emergencies. Contact local emergency services immediately if urgent care may be needed.
8. Payments and Cancellations
Any paid coordination services, third-party medical fees, travel costs, cancellation terms, and refunds should be confirmed in writing before payment.
9. Website Content
