Free Case Review

Share your medical goal, timeline, location, and available records. We identify what information is missing and whether the request appears appropriate for further review.

Medical Record Review

Records, imaging, lab results, medications, allergies, and prior physician notes are organized so hospitals or clinicians can review the case more efficiently.

Hospital & Specialist Matching

Potential hospitals or specialists are researched based on specialty, city, language needs, urgency, and publicly available service information. Matching depends on the individual case.

Treatment Plan & Cost Estimate

When a hospital or physician provides feedback, we help the patient understand what is confirmed, what is estimated, and what requires additional medical evaluation. Paid planning depth depends on whether you choose the Basic Review or Premium Planning Package — see Pricing for details.

Travel Coordination

Non-clinical logistics may include appointment timing, local transport, lodging options, interpreter needs, payment questions, and family support planning.

Treatment in China

Care is provided by the hospital or licensed clinicians. Global Health Pilot may help with communication, document organization, and practical coordination.

Follow-up Support

Before returning home, patients should clarify discharge instructions, prescriptions, test results, follow-up timing, and records needed by their local physician.

Care coordination happens primarily through structured written communication rather than live calls, because medical terminology and treatment nuances require precision that's easy to lose in real-time cross-language conversation. Every hospital visit includes an in-person English-speaking coordinator from the hospital's international department, ensuring nothing gets lost when it matters most — at the point of care.

Global Health Pilot focuses on planning and coordination for elective, non-emergency care — health screenings, specialist consultations, dental, vision correction, orthopedic and TCM recovery programs. We do not manage emergency care, ICU-level cases, or conditions requiring immediate on-site clinical judgment in a language our coordinators don't share with the patient.
